can follow, its been done in different site visit, but its helpful for the structure. There are different checklist you SHOULD choose one and add it to the report.
there is PPT file from the site visit which shows some issues about what they been suffering from. Also there is a Marking criteria cheat which you MUST follow. More
helpful files are included in the file about what (IER REPOT) means and the way how you do it.
Final the similarity for this report SHOULD NOT exceed 15% (plagiarism) and strong References should be used.
