Each student will create an Annotated Bibliography on his/her focus topic for the Research Design Project that serves as the demonstration of mastery, The Signature

Assignment, of this course. This Annotated Bibliography will contain 4 – 5 peer reviewed, library retrieved, journal articles

∞ This work on your Annotated Bibliography is intended to ensure you are on a rich, relevant, meaningful- and very academically appropriate- path to crafting your

Research Design Project- the Signature Assignment for this class.

∞ Outline your Annotated Bib- first by “plugging in” each work’s proper APA citation; remember- these are listed alphabetical by the last name of the author(s).

o Then, succinctly craft a 100- 150-word explanation of the key points of each article/study and how its content relates to your paper (this word count is an

approximation, but it gives you an idea of what is expected).

o The annotation for each work goes after its APA citation; there is a line in-between the citation and its annotation (note that as with all APA formatting- this
