1. To all: Besides an internship, how can a worker gain experience in order to enter this field? Have any of you volunteered or had an internship? What was that

2. It has been mentioned about the ethical and legal responsibilities that workers have. One area that is a very hot topic these days is with security of information.

More and more client information is kept electronically and this opens up a whole host of responsibilities for the worker.   Most staff are trained to safeguard their

passwords, access to their computers and do whatever they can to ensure information is kept safe but this certainly doesn’t protect clients 100%.
