* Explain the four primary priority rules for job sequencing.  In what instances at the company might each rule be most advantageous?  When would each rule be most disadvantageous?  Support your claims with citations from your textbook or outside sources.

III. Data Analysis
* The company believes that it might have some inefficiencies in its inventory management process.  Develop an ABC classification system for the following 10 items.  Based on this information, what do you recommend for improving inventory management?  Please review the table located in the final project guidelines.

-I would like to see a more in-depth discussion about how Nissan might benefit from using a forecasting system as well a prediction about the outcome of following along with one.
-There is no discussion of the TOC or how Nissan is able to implement the different steps.
-You mention TQM, but there is no discussion about the principles or actions that Nissan can implement around it.
-Your diagram and explanation are good, however there is no coherent explanation of the content in the graph itself. There is also no linkage between the information you provide in your paragraph and the chart you have.
-You do not talk about how OM enhances TBL. I would like to see you add some more information bout how OM works to support each pillar of TBL.
-You mention one initiative that Nissan implemented, however i would like to see more detail and more discussion of some of the ISO principles that are being supported by NIssan.
-You over some detail of CSR, however there is not a detailed enough discussion of the ways that Nissan can implement these principles in operations and what the most effective way to implement is.
