LA2: The generation gap
You see we have readings this week on generational cohorts. The US presently faces the most age-diverse workplace it has ever seen. Adding to this, Gen Y (Millennials)
are a global cohort. Through technology, some general attitudes of this generation now pervade cultures around the world, even those collectivist cultures where
hierarchy and obedience are important. After reading our articles on generational cohorts this week, how would you recommend motivating an age-diverse workforce?
In both LA’s, keep in mind our readings from past weeks as well, particularly chapter 3 from week 2.
Use our text and at least two other weekly content materials to explain or defend your points.

inefficient, unsafe, or problematic in nature. Diagnose the problem and choose a nursing change theory that suits the change you want to discuss. Propose a detailed
plan based on your chosen change theory explaining how to implement change. Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan and include a timeline for your
change proposal. Finally, reflect on how your change effects the nursing profession.
Submit a 3-5 page paper, double spaced, 12 point font following APA guidelines. The paper should include primary sources and include at least two peer reviewed nursing
journal articles that are not older than 5 years. Citations should be in your own words and not direct quotes need at least 4. Include a title page, running head,
appropriate headings, and reference page. Do not use the word I or similar pronouns.
