For this experiment a preparation of liver plasma membranes was prepared and suspended at a concentration of 10 mg protein per ml. In the radioligand binding assay for angiotensin II receptor binding and competition by angiotensin III 100 µl of the liver plasma membrane suspension was added to each of the incubation tubes. The values for 125I-angiotensin II binding are for specific binding to the AT1 angiotensin II receptor subtype.

Based upon the graphs shown below, determine the KI of angiotensin III for the liver AT1 receptor.
