7. What are the aim and objectives of your study?
Aim: To investigate the impact of a wine programme on the performance of Restaurant Taoyuan, Vevey, Switzerland.
Objectives:
1) Critically review the literature on restaurant wine programmes to develop a theoretical framework to evaluate the restaurant.
2) Ascertain the programme strategic objectives, best practices, limitations, and results through an interview of the restaurant owner or manager.
3) Identify the expectations and perceptions of the customers through a questionnaire.
4) Compare and contrast the findings of the literature review, interview, and questionnaire to make recommendations to the restaurant management.
