Write Summary Statistics and Results for the Thesis titled “Gender diversity, directors’ qualification and financial performance”. H2: Directors’ qualification and experience are positively associated with organisations’ financial performance

While discussing the results cite literature. Write whether my results are similar to the existing literature. Relating my results with existing literature is very much important. Cite only high ranked journal articles. References should be clear and the journal articles should be obtainable. Discuss the each control variables in details for Table 3. Cite literature whether the control variable results are consistent to the existing literature. Title of each section will be the sub-sections of the result section. In first line of each sub-section of result write similar to �Table 3 reports the results for testing the impact of female directors on firm performance.�
