Downsizing and Talent Management – Reflections
Order Description
Structure: 3 pages, single spaced, 1” margins, 12 point Times New Roman, not including references. No title/cover page, appendices, visuals.

Task: Pick 5 sentences that struck a chord when you read the articles. Clearly identify the page and paragraph that the quote came from and reflect on your selection/position regarding each sentence using the terms and concepts you have learned in these readings, as well as your recently acquired expertise in talent management.
2 must be statements that you never considered in the past, but that make sense to given your new found talent management expertise.
2 must be statements that you completely disagree with. Explain why.
1 must be a statement you think needs more evidence or research. Elaborate.
