Patricia Benner’s was well known for her exceptional work of Novice to Expert Theory that was based on Dreyfus and Dreyfus model. According to the article Patricia Benner’s work intensifies, while being a director of a Federally Funded Project that reach explore knowledge that can be embedded in nursing practice. The article relates that the AMICAE project was a Descriptive and Interpretative Study using the Dreyfus Model of Skill Acquisition.
