During my career I was a member of many improvement projects which often included as a goal ‘zero defects’ in our processes . This week’s essay question asks you to reflect on the theme of zero defects as part of continuous quality improvement activities in the following way:
1. What is your understanding of what ‘zero defects’ means as an improvement goal
2. Does a program like this motivate or de-motivate people in your opinion
3. Do you think it is a good or poor idea to have a program like this and why
This should be a minimum two page essay with a separate cover sheet in APA format.
