2) Describe in detail all services offered by this organization. Be sure to also include where these services are rendered, the cost of said services to recipients, and specifics about the population it serves.

3) Discuss how this organization goes about evaluating it’s effectiveness? Also discuss if, according to them, they are reaching their desired goals.

4) Based on what you have learned about this organization, discuss what you (and perhaps it’s employees or the individual it serves) sees as areas of growth/weaknesses to be improved upon.
