What is Failure

In this assignment, I need to take an idea from the book Mindset and argue its merits/flaws to advocate my position. I need to cite the book Mindset, and need other
sources as well to support my topic. I have to explain both side of the issue. My argument must have a clear thesis statement that lays out the argument. Both sides
must be represented. The book that I must use is called Mindset The New Psychology of Success by Carol S. Dweck, Ph.D.
