Research and Analysis project in Business and Accountancy field

Three aspects of BP com pany com pared with the industry, which I’m thinking of
com paring Shell‘s perform anoes, or any other similar com pany that can be
perceived as the com petitor. The financial analysis part will mainly focus on ratio
analysis or any other analysis that will show the financial perform anoe com pared
to the com petitor and critical analysis. The business analysis will focus on
business strategies and growth prospective using the business models, which can
include Porter’s five foroes evaluating the market, and BP’s position in that market.
The future desicions can be evaluated by Ansoff’s matrix, or SAF, or any other
similar models. The sustainability wiII mainly focus on ethics, and analysed by the
ethical frameworks related to the business, CSR, ethical stances etc. If this is too
much to analyse, the analysis can focus on fewer areas, but the quality and depth
of discussion is important
