(1) Outside obvious terms like purchase price or the transfer of the property at closing, identify three (3) significant business concerns that are absolutely
necessary to assure that the deal will succeed; and
(2) Identify three (3) critical terms in the purchase and sale agreement that need to be changed in order to address each significant business concern.
