Please write an essay outlining the evidence-based care actions you would provide for a case of your choice (my choice is a Diabetic Foot Ulcer) and critically
evaluate your wound care actions in light of contemporary literature. (Word Count 1,500 words)

Please include anappendix within your final (Microsoft word doc)script which includes
1. A colour copy of the wound photograph and
2. Case history (60 – 100 words eg, age, aetiology ofwound, occupation)
