U.S immigration Policies on Cuban Migration

The research paper needs to center on Latin Immigrants in the United States; primarily the group of Cuban immigrants. In addition, on how the United States created immigration policies such as Wet Foot, Dry Foot policy, Operation Peter Pan, and the Cuban Adjustment Act; in order for Cubans to migrate to the United States. Feel free to add any other policies

My thesis is: Income, ethnicity, and age molded Cuban immigration to the United States from the late 20th century to the early 21st century.
