Could you please make this a maximum of 900 words please.
This is a project report marked out of 100.
I would like you to write a report on the role of motivation in. I will attach very very specific instructions. Ta
– This needs to be extremely evidence based looking at the role of motivation in the job search process. IE the motivation involved in applying for a job.
– You will need to draw only on a hand full of articles (may be 4). Try a google search ‘job seeking and motivation’ perhaps.
– We know that people apply for many jobs and get many knock backs therefore they are demotivated and have a reduced effort in applying for further jobs.
– You will need to be very very clear about the links between motivation and the topic. I am not generally looking at motivation, but in the context as mentioned of the job search process. These articles will have to look specifically at this.
1.Look at the topic
2.What can rehabilitation counsellors do to keep people motivated in the job search process
3.Don’t just write about what the literature says, tell the writer what it tells us and what it doesn’t tell us, what are the gaps? IE. ‘they found out this because of ….’. ‘this is based only on a participation of group of 10 therefore we propose a larger group because ….’. What’s not in the literature?
4.What are the gaps? Please propose a research question to be pursued? Phrase it similar to ‘I think we need to do ….. as it will help us with…..’.
You may wish to look at this paper, it may give you some ideas. It is about resumes, but that may be part of the process.

Asignificant proportion of injured workers are not able to return to their original job. Employers have a responsibility as part of their disability management programs to assist this population to find a new vocation.Thepurposeofthisqualitativestudyistoexplorethere ́sume ́-developmentprocessintermsofits potential impact on job-search behaviour for injured workers who are unable to return to their previous job. Data were collected from 22 Australian rehabilitation counsellors via questionnaires, sample documents, andtelephoneinterviews.Thematicanalysisofthedatarevealsthatthere ́sume ́-developmentprocessmay be useful in promoting effective job-search behaviour in clients. However, for this to occur it is suggested that the re ́sume ́-development process must provide relevant knowledge and skills, overcome or reduce clients’ doubts, address disability but focus on ability, provide ongoing emotional and practical support, value individualisation, and increase clients’ motivation. It is speculated that the findings may be explained by the increased sense of self-efficacy that occurs through participation in the re ́ sume ́ -development process.
