The employees are not satisfied with the approach in which Tom Bray is leading the team. The team is becoming rebellious and they are not pleased with the kind of leadership of Tom Bray. There is insightment among the team members and they don’t want him again. This is can be confirmed when Tom found Jack working alone while the rest of the team were standing. Secondly, the response to Tom’s greetings shows a team that they are not motivated and they are likely to complain to the management. It is likely that Tom Bray will be forced to step down from the office if the current situation will persist. Tom had too much trust on the team and the MBWA method but his confidence is shattering. Langfred, C. W. (2004), argues that a leader should have too much trust or confidence in the team he or she is managing.
