1. Evaluate leadership and management theories and models utilized in health care organizations.
2. Analyze health care management situations from theoretical and research perspectives
3. Utilize the steps of the management process to analyze management situations.
4. Discuss organizational culture as it applies to dominant and sub-cultures in health care organizations.
5. Assess an organizational culture and utilize leadership and management theories to change the organizational culture.

Theory Learned Posting: Three paragraphs detailing
a) Describe your organizational theory beliefs on the first day of course. (see order number 81825149 for this information, please adjust this information by being specific and reflection of being more personal in the description and experience)
b) Describe your organizational theory beliefs today.
c) Describe the cause & effect relationship of the course and all the variables contributing to theory belief between day one of the course and completion of the course
d) Discuss how the group work on this course supported (or didn’t support) the overall concept of organizational theory and culture
