The relationship between quality of website and customer satisfaction (ASOS and Zara)

– Already have the respondents to the questionnaire, just need the questionnaire results chapter completed. Need it tested for validity and reliability also, analysis of the correlation between quality of websites and how satisfied customers are. Also need it to address how the questionnaire results related to my hypothesis, and whether or not that could be considered to be an appropriate hypothesis.
