Imagine it is now eight days into the disaster you selected in Module 1 SLP; casualties are far higher than expected (for the purposes of this exercise, double the actual number of casualties), and
support and relief teams are still deploying to the area – but only half of the anticipated number have so far arrived. It is expected that Bubonic plague will become a problem in the very near
future due to breakdowns in the supply chain. Medical supplies, especially antibiotics, have become very scarce.

Explicate logistical concerns from notification, activation, and deployment through demobilization.
