1.) Using the Internet, locate the office or court that handles workers’ compensation claims in your jurisdiction. Prepare a one page summary of the main provisions and procedures that a claimant must follow.

2.) Locate and brief a recent U.S Supreme Court decision that discusses one of the constitutional protections afforded to a criminal defendant (two pages).
