My topic: The international community has made increasing efforts to establish consequences for actors’ violation of the rules of war. Explore the role ( and contradictions) of the International Criminal Court as an avenue for peace-building?

1- Sources must be academic sources.( journal, peer-review, scholary or university publications or etc)
2- You must provide notes ( citations) and a bibliography in the appropriate academic style.Use footnotes/ endnotes.
Please use alot of examples with their proff.( explanations)
Thesis sentence should be clear . ( you may change my thesis sentence that I used in the outline)
Explanation of essay should be clear and logical
Sources should support topic
3- ( PLEASE you need to narrow the focusus) Please use the outline that I send you, during you write the essay. I think my 3 sources are pretty good ones and I want you to use them in the essay.
4-There are some good information, you may want to use it . Also there are 3 questions at the end of the outline that you might want to answer them in the essay.( might be helpful to develeop the essay quality) I wrote them in yes/no question type but they are actually frame as open..ended.
