Paper details:

All sources quoted or paraphrased, including text from electronic sources such as the internet, must be properly Cited using the Modern Language
Association (MIA) format.

Paper Length: 800 words; images, recipes or tables do not count as part of the paper length. An 800 word paper that follows the spacing and type
requirements of this assignment is usually about 3 pages long, not counting the works cited page or making adjustments for any images.

Number Of Sources: a minimum Of 2 (wikipedia, culinary textbooks, and basic web searches do not qualify as an acceptable source. You must use library
databases for any electronic searches.

Images: must be cited and are not considered as part of the length of the paper.
Citations: in-text citations must be used to refer to referenced material.

Works Cited Page: The last page of the paper must be a works cited page.

Margins: 1-inch on le? and right; top and bottom. Text must be justified to the le? side.

Font: a basic, professional font such as Times New Roman, Ar ial or Calabri are acceptable. Highly stylized fonts are not considered professionally
acceptable.
