Harold James Blackburn was one of the retired detective chief superintendents in the south Wales police force and he was actually terminated from his job of the crime commission in the federal attorney general’s department having been charged. He was arrested and charged with 25 crimes which were involved in various accounts in George’s halland the Sutherland attacks which happened on the 24thof July 1989 which is under the crime act 1900.
