The title of the essay is: The blurring of boundaries are a defining feature of contemporary organizational life.

Critically examine this claim with reference to the following themes, and how these themes interact and overlapped
– time (objective and subjective time, how our experience with time can affect our behavior/identity/etc in workplace)
– workplace (physical structure and virtual workspace, how workplace has affect the interaction/relationship/power/trust)
– employment engagement (how meaning of work has changed, how the psychological contract between employer and employee has changed, fundamental implications for managing employment relationship)

Time, workplace, engagement are the three core themes, I have included some topics we discussed in class in the brackets. For the topics, I would like you to go deeper and/or from a different
perspective, as the paper really need a lot of critical thinking. If you have better idea of other topic that is related to the core themes, feel free to include them in the paper.
