A talent management plan forms an (increasingly) important component of an organisation’s sustainable competitive advantage. Your task requires you to develop and justify a talent management plan
for a selected organisation. You are allowed to select any organisation, however it must either not currently have a talent management plan, or have an underdeveloped talent management plan. It is
recommended that you have access to content (and potentially personnel) from that organisation, in order for you to draw crucial information needed for your analysis.

Briefly provide some background on the organisation (using available business data). Given the strengths and challanges that the organisation faces, you will then propose a customized talent
management plan. Your talent management plan will address the following considerations:

• Which roles are tied to the strategic goals of the organisation?
• What is the talent pool for these roles and how is talent identified (internally and/or externally)?
• What differentiated human resource management architecture will be available for identified talent, and how will this enhance retention and performance?
