survey about sign language recognition on mobile devices. It is the field of Computer Vision. All methodologies and techniques must be considered. I am suggesting these main chapters: First, an introduction about the topic. Second, a Methodologies used which include all methods and algorithms previously used. Third, Limitation and difficulties of this kind of system.
If there is any related idea or approach using Dynamic Time Warping it must be added.
