Outcome to me met:

1, Critically analyse the influence of the external and internal environment on an organisation

2, Evaluate the strategic position of an organisation and analyse its strategic option (using strategic management tools).

3, critique the need for strategic organisational change; develop change strategy using implementation models.

4; Analyse organisational response to change, evaluate the impact of change strategies and describe the contemporary role in a global context of the leadership and management and the challenges that leaders and managers face, (including awareness of issues of sustainability, ethical due diligence and corporate social responsibility in contemporary business practice and procedure)

When writing this report please ensure you are discussing the EDUCATION – SCHOOL environment as a BUSINESS, as i work in a school so exapmles and case study must be school related – organisation.

Report should be in 5 sections please
1; Select and organisation – MUST BE SCHOOL ENVIORMENT

2, Introduction – description of the organisation, how did it come to existence? how big is the school (you may google typical mainstream school in England to find this answer). Vision/Aims/Missions/Objectives
This section cover around 800 words.

3, Analyse organisation – ,management models – evaluate organisation, use parts of models at least 3.round 1000 plus words in this section

4, Quantify – put a value on organisation effectiveness EVIDENCE to back it up within the model. Ranking in order of importance.
E.G, Strengths, weaknesses , opportunities, threats (funding, brexit population changes. things like NHS, Children’s services and policies to be mentioned in this section
5, Conclusion – make recommendation summary of findings and CYP future, around 500 words in this section

Finally, this report to be written in UK and evidences must be found in UK NOT other countries
