Order Description
Please following the instructure and For Section i attached the answers you can use those articles or paraphrase the information but with different MRI images. Also please for all questions should explain with MRI images.

Identify the target population of interest. (i.e type of patient, type of study, topic of interest) Include inclusion and exclusion criteria for the studies you choose to retrieve. End this section with your statement or the research question you are going to answer. Review published integrative reviews for example

Target Population:
Asthma is a significant chronic pediatric disease affecting more than 10% of all school age children in the United States and pediatric obesity is also a major public health issue affecting 18% of school-going children in the United States (Vijayakanthi, et al. (2016). The target population for this review are children, ages 2-18, diagnosed with asthma by a healthcare provider and whose BMI is higher than 95th percentile
According to the CDC (2013), asthma affects more than seven million children, deaths from asthma in 2010 total about 3,404, visits to hospital outpatient departments with asthma as primary diagnosis in year 2009 total 1.2 million, emergency rooms 2.1 million, and the yearly expenses per person with asthma for 2002 – 2007 total about $3,300.
According to Lang et al. (2016), showed that overweight/obese asthmatic children displayed excess dyspnea, frequent use of rescue medication resulted in poorer asthma control Inclusion Criteria:
Inclusion criteria for this study included studies that discussed association between elevated BMI and poor asthma control on children with asthma. The articles will utilized integrative review using the searches of CINAHL, Up to Date, Clinical key and MEDLINE Online Library using the terms, asthma, pediatric, overweight, obesity, children, BMI, control, The search was then broadened to include the use of an asthma action plan with no specific age population. This study will used in its review journal articles published in English, within 10 years.
Qualitative and quantitative journal articles, including randomized controlled trials and cross-sectional study design studies, were selected for this integrative review. According to Polit and Beck (2012), randomized control trials are well suited for drawing conclusions about the effects of healthcare interventions. Cross-sectional study designs are used to infer change over time when data is collected from different age or developmental groups; in this case children ages 2-18 (Polit & Beck, 2012).
Exclusion Criteria:
Exclusion criteria for this study included studies that did not discuss the implications of an asthma action plan on children (ages 2-18).
Purpose Statement
Identifying the relationship between an asthma and the effects of high BMI greater than 95th percentile on a child is an important relationship to review to improve their future health maintenance. The research question for this study is to examine the effects of BMI on effective asthma control among pediatric population between ages 2-18 years of age.
