ASSESSMENT 3 – INDIVIDUAL SELF-REFLECTIVE CRITICAL ESSAY (40%)

The assessment is a self-reflective and critical essay about the students’ experience in the team. The two main questions to be addressed are:

1. Have you become a more competent HR professional through your team work?
2. What have you learned about yourself and others?

To address these three issues, students are expected to write 1000 words (references excluded). The writing must be precise, concise, and address only the two questions. Reference to theories and practical implications for personal and professional standing are expected
