Write an essay of 3,000 words that describes and analyses:
a) the counter-terrorism measures adopted against the movement (or lone wolf(s) / solo / small groups described and analysed in essay 1 (e.g. military and / or criminal justice models of counter-terrorism)
b) the legitimacy and effectiveness of these counter-terrorism measures

 Originality of argument
 Mastery of the academic literature
