As the push for more and more sophisticated robots continues unabated, what, if any, steps should governments take to ensure that a more utopian future awaits humankind. What limits, if any, should be imposed on creators of robots? How would those limits be enforced? Is there anything suggested by a theorist studied this semester that could aid governments in this endeavor?
