Response Paper Guidelines

2 points each/10 points total

When you complete one of the course readings and post it on Blackboard, you should make sure your response has the following elements:

A clear statement of the scholars argument;
A summary of what the scholar said;
How the reading fits in with the other reading and lectures (inapplicable for the first response);
Any questions you have about the reading

And of course, it should be well written and you should include citations to what youre writing about. Any idea that is not your original one should be cited and parenthetical citations will suffice (author, page number).
