I need a methods section of a research paper done. It needs to look just like this example I am uploading. It needs to include a questionnaire that you must research and find from a scholarly website. Such as Google scholar. Other sites (www.url blah blah) that have a website or url in the name or title are not credited for this assignment. Academic scholar journals only for the cites page for this one page report.

Font size is 12 and Times New Roman. Now onto what the paper must look like.

I have included a grading rubric that must be followed. In this paper there must be a credited and cited correctly questionnaire all ready done on my information. In the example that is “Child Behavioral Questionnaire”. CBQ for short but something along those lines must be in and cited in the paper. Also, there must be APA in-text citations and it must be cited on the cites page in APA format. Remember no website address will be allowed for this assignment. So you must search and find a questionnaire like the CBQ and include it in the paper. The last writer failed to make this clear and I received a really low grade. Also after you talk about your researched questionnaire you are too talk about a made up, questionnaire that you gave to supervisors to do. Include the title of this questionnaire in quotes please. A paragraph on each questionnaire should be fine. Just remember the questionnaire that you research (CBQ look a like) is the one that your employees filled out and the made up questionnaire you do is the one your supervisors did.
