Introduction: Provide a brief, but comprehensive background to water and salt balance in cells. 10
Objectives: Provide a clear statement (in your own words) of the objectives of the exercise. 6
Methods: Briefly outline the experimental approach in Parts A and B. Include correct reference to practical manual. 5
Results:
Part A – Present the results as tables and graphs, drawn and labelled correctly (see practical manual). Briefly describe the results ie. indicate the main trends or patterns.
Part B – Present the results as figures, drawn and labelled correctly (see lab manual). Briefly describe the results.
