Order Description
Your final plan should follow the Outline for Quality and Performance Management. The plan should be a least 3500 word paper, excluding the
title and reference pages. The plan should be written as a comprehensive, integrated, paper with appropriate subheadings, citations, and
references. Do not simply provide responses to the questions in the outline or submit an outline as the final plan.
