Assignment Instruction—Quality Audit Analysis
For this assignment, you are to perform an analysis of a Quality Audit. As part of this assignment, you will need to do the following:
• Review the attached PowerPoint presentation with the background of the project
• Review the attached Quality Audit that was performed on the project
• Analyze the Quality Audit to determine the significance of the report from multiple points of view as well as to determine what issues have been identified
When performing the analysis of the audit determine the following:
• Why was the audit performed and who are all the parties involved?
• What is the significance of the timing of the report?
• What review method, tools, and techniques were used and why do you think they were chosen?
• Is there any information missing from inspection report that could be helpful to you in determining how to respond to the audit?
• Identify any issue that you’ve discovered in the Quality Audit
Fill out the attached analysis report with the information that you’ve discovered. The analysis report includes numbered line items for the roles (20), methods (20), and issues (30). Do not feel that you have to fill out all of the rows or that you are limited to the rows that are there. The objective of the assignment is to determine if you can disseminate the information found in an audit.
Your audit analysis will be judged off of the following:
40% Audit Report Analysis (I want to see you’ve thought about all aspects of the audit)
30% Issue Analysis (some issues will be rather easy to discover while others will MUCH harder. Points will be assigned based on what kind of issues you have identified)
20% Documentation of your thought process (Even if your answers are incorrect, I will give you points for describing your thought process behind your answers)
5% Spelling and Grammar
5% Formatting and consistency/flow of the document
