This assignment should include a critical evaluation of a situation/development in relation to leadership based around a particular project or personal development
which should reflect past, present or future practice development in which you are undertaking a leadership role.

You should submit relevant and concise evidence to support the project, and you should cross reference this in the Project leadership report. Examples of relevant
evidence might be, meeting notes, evidence of decision making, evidence of collaboration, development of guidelines/protocols, copies of correspondence or appropriate
reports

• A brief description of the practice setting (practice setting should be described but not identified. Confidentiality of the setting and individuals within it must
be protected) (IN-PATIENT PHARMACY in a hospital in my case).

• A critical discussion of the advancement in practice and/or personal development with reference to relevant literature (the future vision of the place you work/
include transformational leadership, difference between leader and manager) (1. How to build a team 2. Becoming a leader)

• A critical discussion of leadership styles in relation to the leader’s role and influence on the project. (leadership styles: autocratic, democratic, Laissez-faire)
(talk about culture effect in leadership: male superior, stereotypic, gender and leadership)

• A critical discussion of the evaluation (prospective or retrospective) of project outcomes. (use SWOT diagram and evaluation tool)
