In this semester-long assignment, students are to identify and study the attributes of materials and technologies that they would encounter in a real estate development project. In the first weeks of the semester, each student should become familiar with product categories and product information sources in order to identify either a product type or technology that will be the foundation for analysis over the course of the rest of the semester.

 

• A study that recommends and justifies the choice of product(s) that was evaluated for use in a sustainable real estate development project.
