3. Conceptual/Theoretical Framework: this should state a Theory with its main usages in studying the business problem. The constructs of the theory should be mentioned

with details how it will be used as a lens (framework) for conducting this study.
4. Interview Questions: should be suitable to make the study and consistent with the conceptual/theoretical framework.
