This research paper is a group work, the research paper is how pragmatic and literal equivalence is achieved in English and Arabic texts.

My partner is working on the literal aspect. My order should only focus on the pragmatic equivalence. In terms on what is pragmatic equivalence, what is the purpose of using it in the provided text and in texts in general, why is it used, and how in the “provided documents-texts”, pragmatic equivalence is achieved. in both languages.

I have uploaded scans of the text in English and in Arabic.
The written paper should be in English, nevertheless, it is important to understand the Arabic text in order to understand the relationships between the two texts and how pragmatic equivalence is achieved.
