Philosophy

The Community Mental Health Center where you work insists on down-playing career issues and playing up “intrapsychic and systemic issues.”  You  tell the supervisor that you believe the world of work is crucial to the development of a positive self-concept.  The supervisor tells you that if you believe that way, you might want to consider finding a job someplace else.  Has the supervisor acted ethically? Professionally?  Legally? What should you do?
