Case studies offer opportunities to apply abstract concepts to real life situations and to apply leadership beliefs and skills in the decision-making process. You will now have the opportunity to analyze and to synthesize selected cases. Focus your attention on the leadership dilemmas in each case and what the case says about leadership styles rather than trying to solve the specific problems listed in each case. Use the concepts and theories discussed in the text as well as information you have located from your supplemental on-line resources.
