Requirements: Using qualitative research designs/methods, Conduct a problem assessment and analysis of a culturally diverse or global organization, (can be a unit
within a larger multicultural organization). Subjects should be culturally diverse.

Data Collect and analyze data minimum 7 to 10 subjects attach diagnostic evidence as an appendix.
• The report should provide a brief background about the organization,
• Identify a focal problem,
• Propose and justify probable causes
• Explain why the problem exists,
• Identify methods of addressing a focal problem
• Include results of preliminary information collected.

Format: Expected length:10-12 pages, double space, excluding Table of contents, references, and appendix; APA style.
