Order Description

Consider one topic only and write about it. The topic must be on a process either in
Option 1- Technical institutes.
Option 2- petrochemical (polyethylene plant) or aluminum plant.

•Write about the process you have encountered or are currently involved in and describe it, propose a way to improve it.

•Understanding and describing pain points where bottle necks are present in the process, and waste in the process

•What changes do you propose making and why this over that?

a-Effort?
b-Budget?
c-What are your constraints?

•How do you know this change will meet your objective of making it more efficient?

•Does not have to be data intensive, its all kind of “empirical”
