3-1 Final Project Milestone Two: Policy Analysis Rough Draft Your final paper is due in Module Seven. To prepare for this, complete a rough draft of your policy
analysis, keeping a targeted audience in mind. Your policy analysis should include a well-thought-out, original thesis that argues for the policy resolution of an
issue or problem at the federal level. Further, your policy analysis should be directed to a particular audience that has some stake in the outcome of the policy
(i.e., officials, lawmakers, practitioners, donors, etc.), as policy analyses often require a consideration of how to devise recommendations that resolve the issue for
that particular audience. You must post your rough draft as an attachment to the Module Four discussion forum by the end of this module. You will need to be ready for
the peer review by the beginning of Module Four.
