I have made a start on the attached document. There is also a paper by Riech and Benbasat which can be a guide for the development of the methodology. Please read the lit review and highlight those dimensions and relationships, particularly from stakeholder theory, that you can assess/measure through a questionnaire. Also develop the questions.
