Really really sorry, I’m a current student in UTS. Study in Media Art and Production.This is the first time I find help for writing assignment. Because I failed tiwice on this subject, and my familiy can’t effort it any more. So I really need help for this. This subject is: 58202 Regulating Communication: Law, Ethics, Politics
And what happen is, I try all my best, but I still can’t figure out what this assignment want me to do… It’s too hard. So I will send as much information I have to you.
Assessment task 2: In-Class Discussion and Report

Task: Discussion and Report on Current Debates in Communication Regulation
Length: 1,500 words
Due: Week 7
Submitted to Turnitin by 9am 19 September or 22 September, and hard copy at the tutorial on that week.
Criteria:
Coordination of a shared perspective for the debate.
Clarity and substantiation of perspective.
Analytical and evaluative capacity in the Report.
Understanding of the issues at stake.

In Week 5 and 6 students discuss recent inquiries into communication regulation in Australia.
Following an in-class discussion students write a report investigating the debates, focusing on one of the inquiries.
The Report should analyse the inquiry, its findings and the wider public debate that it generated, drawing on at least two submissions submitted by organisations.
It is submitted after the mid-semester break, in Week 7.

Assignment 2 breakdown
– In Weeks 5 and 6 students discuss recent inquiries into communication regulation in Australia
– Following an in-class discussion students write a report investigating the debates, focusing on one of the enquiries
– The report should analyze the inquiry, its findings and the wider public debate that it generated, drawing on at least two submissions submitted by organizations (use different sources, e.g. one government submission and one corporate submission) and compare and contrast
– Select some of the submissions put to the Convergence Review and the Finkelstein Inquiry, to get a sense of how different corporates, business associations, non-governmental organization, governmental agencies, etc. are positioned in the debate
– Selected submissions to the inquiries can be found on UTSOnline; All submissions available via Wayback Machine
– Submitted after the mid-semester break in Week 7
Actually I know this is asking a lots, but the problem is, this assignment need to do lots of reading, and all the sources and information, powerpoint, etc. are all on UTS Online, which you will need my student account and password: student number – 11907589; password: 19950407$jun (when you get in UTS Online, please click in the subject of Regulating Communication, then click the ‘subject information’, there have all the information you need.
